Come and experience the fun and exciting sport of Canoe Slalom! Come and have fun getting wet!
We are running a free Have a go Day on the flat safe calm waters of the Wairoa River at Waimarino Water and Adventure Park.
Park in the carpark and walk though the Waimarino Park to the far end ( not via back drive way please) - you will see the kayaks. Here is a map of where to find us : )
Professional Coaching and all gear provided.
This is the perfect time to come along and try our sport if you would like to enter Canoe Slalom at AIMS Games. Ongoing training can be provided to allow you to be super prepared, with all the skills required, for the event in September. There are no limits on the number of canoe slalom entries your school can make for AIMS - so it could be you!
If you are younger or older than AIMS age - perfect ! Just come along! Later primary or early high school are also great ages to get involved. But all ages welcome !
