Coaches & Officials

Canoe slalom is an extremely exciting sport and in the absence of officials the sport would not exist.  In canoe slalom, touches and missed gates can be critical to the outcome of results. Therefore a range of highly skilled officials and volunteers are needed to help in the running of an event. As with all sports officials, the overall purpose is to enable the event to progress smoothly, with as little interference as possible.
