WHEN and WHERE?
Meet 9am on Wednesday 5th Jan 2022 at the Adventure Hub Firmin Lodge, Waterhouse Street, Kawerau. The Lodge will be our base for the duration of the camp.
The camp will finish on Friday 7th Jan 2022 at about 4.30pm.
The camp will cost $265 per paddler incl GST for CSBOP Club members and $295 incl GST for non CSBOP Club members which will include 24 hour care, food and coaching.
Transport to and from Tauranga will be available in the club van on a first come first served basis at a cost of $17 return.
We invite offers from keen parents to help, if you are the superstar who takes on the food management then you get to stay for free! Otherwise if a parent wants to stay it is $130 including food.
IMPORTANT: We do please require a person (or 2 depending on size of camp) to be a food co-ordinator and cook for this camp if there are any willing parents out there??
If still in Covid-19 Level 3 the numbers will be limited to a maximum of 30.
We will be asking some parents to provide pre cooked meals for which they will be reimbursed - so the main meal cooking is largely done. So this will only need to heat and attend to side dishes, breakfasts, snacks and desserts.
Each participant will be asked to bring some home baking and fruit
Numbers will be strictly limited to 40 so book early if you want to be in!
Registration will be required by 5pm Wednesday 22nd December 2021.
It is preferred that paddlers attend for the whole of the camp but if you let us know if you can't stay for the whole camp and we can make try and make arrangements.
CANCELLATION POLICY: As we have to confirm accommodation bookings and food in advance there will be no refunds once bookings close. Bookings and invoicing will be done on the basis of who is booked at the 22nd Dec. There is no cost to withdraw a booking prior to that date.
